Borenius advised EBIT Oy in acquiring a majority shareholding in Reima together with two other industry experts

We advised Ebit Oy (owned by Elina Björklund) in acquiring majority shareholding in Reima together with Swedish fashion and activewear brand experts Anders Ullstrand and Jonas Meerits from private equity funds managed by Riverside. The company with its new owners are supported by the Swedish credit investor P Capital Partners, who has invested in Reima since 2019 and continues as the financial partner of the company.

Reima’s mission is to gear up the next generation of happy, active kids, preparing them for the world to come. Reima offers a wide range of clothing, footwear and accessories suitable for all seasons and climates for kids aged 0 to 12 years.

Founded in Finland in 1944, Reima employs around 350 people, and Reima’s products are available in around 50 countries across the world. In 2024, Reima’s net sales were €84 million.
