Borenius advised Gofore Oyj on its investment into AI services

We advised Gofore Oyj on its investment into a new consulting company focused on AI, founded by two experienced digitalisation business leaders. Operating independently as an AI-native company, the new venture will strengthen Gofore’s role in supporting organisations in their AI transformation.

Gofore is Finland-based international digital transformation consultancy with near to 1,800 impact-driven employees across Finland, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Spain, and Estonia. In 2024, Gofore’s net sales amounted to EUR 186.2 million.
