Borenius advised Onvest on the acquisition of a logistics centre in Kirkkonummi

We advised Onvest when it made a new real estate investment and acquired from Noste.io a new logistics centre that is being built for Helsinki Shipyard. The property is located in the Sundsberg business area in Kirkkonummi, a key western logistics hub of the Helsinki metropolitan area.

The project, developed by Noste.io, is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by the end of this year. SSA Toimitilat Oy is responsible for the construction of the project.

Onvest is a Finnish family-owned investor and real estate developer. The acquisition of the Kirkkonummi logistics centre is part of the implementation of Onvest’s real estate strategy, aiming for significant growth in its real estate business through actively seeking new or modern logistics, warehouse, and industrial properties to acquire in the Helsinki metropolitan area and its surrounding municipalities.
