We advised the sellers on the divestment of HUB logistics Finland to Logent Group. The closing of the transaction is expected to take effect on 23 June 2025 and is subject to customary conditions precedent.

HUB has during the last 30 years gained a strong position in the Finnish logistics market with clear customer focus and service quality. The company operates in 13 locations across Finland and employs more than 400 people. In 2024, HUB’s net sales amounted to approximately EUR 37 million.

HUB has a strong reputation and a solid client base in contract logistics, including both dedicated solutions and a complementary offering of multi-client warehousing and packaging services. With HUB’s strong presence in Helsinki, Tampere and Turku regions, HUB is perfectly complementing Logent’s current geographical presence in Finland. The combined capability of Logent and HUB is positioned for taking the lead in contract logistics in Finland. The acquisition of HUB is an important step to solidify Logent’s position in the Nordics and further strengthen the journey towards a leading Northern European position.

The combined entity of Logent and HUB will employ around 700 people in Finland across more than 20 locations.
