Borenius advised the State of Finland on the initial public offering of Posti Group Corporation

We advised the State of Finland as the sole selling shareholder on the initial public offering of Posti.

The offering comprised a secondary sale by Posti’s sole shareholder, the State of Finland, and a personnel offering by Posti for total gross proceeds of EUR 103 million (including the over-allotment option), giving Posti a market capitalisation at listing of approximately EUR 303 million. At listing, Posti had approximately 12,100 shareholders, of which more than 1,100 were Posti’s employees.

Posti is one of the leading delivery and fulfillment companies operating in Finland, Sweden, and Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. Posti has a diverse customer base consisting of private and public sector customers. At the end of the first half of 2025, the number of personnel at Posti totaled approximately 15,000.
