Borenius advises Gofore Plc on its divestment of the Product Design business of its subsidiary Huld

We advise Gofore Plc on its divestment of the Product Design and Technical Documentation business of its subsidiary, Finnish technology and design company Huld, to CoE Group, a Finnish energy and industry design and consulting company backed by Juuri Partners.

The divestment of the Product Design business follows the acquisition of Huld by Gofore in 2025 and allows Gofore to focus on its core expertise while providing a natural home for the Product Design and Technical Documentation business.

The transaction is expected to be completed around 1 September 2026, once the ongoing partial demerger of Huld Oy is finalised and the business being sold is incorporated.
