Borenius advises Kojamo Oyj on the sale of 1,944 rental apartments to global investment firm Apollo and Avant Capital Partners

We advise Kojamo on the sale of 1,944 rental apartments to global investment firm Apollo and Avant Capital Partners. The portfolio comprises 44 assets in eight cities across Finland. The debt-free sale price is EUR 242 million and the annual revenue of the assets is approximately EUR 21 million. The parties’ objective is to complete the transaction during summer 2025.

Kojamo is Finland’s largest private residential real estate company and one of the biggest investors in Finland. Kojamo actively develops the value of its investment properties by developing new properties and its existing property portfolio. Kojamo’s shares are listed on Nasdaq Helsinki.
