Borenius advised Ramirent on its acquisition of SRV Kalusto Oy and related cooperation agreement

We advised Ramirent when it entered into a long-term cooperation agreement with SRV Group Plc. As part of the arrangement, Ramirent acquired SRV Kalusto Oy’s entire share capital.

SRV is Finland’s leading project management contractor that develops and builds commercial and business premises, residential units as well as infrastructure and logistics projects. SRV Kalusto Oy currently has 33 employees, and the debt-free purchase price of the company was EUR 21 million.

Ramirent’s vision is to offer an unbeatable service experience in equipment rental. In 2017, the Ramirent Group’s sales reached a total of EUR 724 million. Ramirent is listed on NASDAQ Helsinki.
