Tommi Lindlöf
ICT Manager
My career at Borenius began in 2021 when I was appointed as Borenius’ ICT Manager. My current team consists of six professionals, and I specialise in software acquisition and development projects, data security maintenance, and running the day-to-day tasks of our ICT team. I have been in the ICT industry for almost 15 years now, and I have completed a Bachelor of Business Administration. The best thing about working at Borenius is the mutual encouragement to seek career development among my team members. We also get to plan our own career paths based on our interests.

Kia Koskivirta
Human Resources Specialist
My career at Borenius began in the spring of 2020 when I was appointed as an HR Trainee. During my traineeship, I was offered the chance to really get to the heart of the different aspects of HR work, and each day was a new opportunity for me to learn and develop as a professional. After I graduated with my degree, Borenius offered me a permanent position as an HR Coordinator. It didn’t take me long to decide what I wanted to do as the unique combination that Borenius offers, on the one hand, as a challenging expert organisation and, on the other hand, as a warm and welcoming employer makes my position at Borenius my dream job.
