About Jami
Jami advises our clients on M&A and banking and finance transactions as well as corporate law related matters. He has a solid background in advising both international and domestic clients across a wide range of industries.
Jami has particular experience with complex M&A and banking and finance transactions, including a variety of challenging out-of-court restructuring cases handled by Borenius.
Jami joined Borenius as an Associate in 2021. Prior to his graduation, Jami worked as a trainee at the firm for several years.
