Borenius advised the Partners Group on the acquisition of a logistics portfolio

We advised the Partners Group on the acquisition of a logistics portfolio from Mandatum Asset Management.

The portfolio comprises 19 assets, including 13 located in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, five in Tampere, and one in Oulu. The portfolio covers a net leasable area of approximately 140,000 sqm.

The Partners Group’s Private Real Estate business manages altogether USD 18 billion in assets on a global scale. The firm deployed approximately USD 4 billion in equity across private real estate in 2021, of which approximately 40% was in the logistics sector.

Mandatum Asset Management is the asset management arm of the Sampo Group.
