Borenius advises NG Nordic on the acquisition of Kuljetusrinki Oy

We advise NG Nordic, a portfolio company of Summa Equity and the largest provider of circular solutions and environmental services in the Nordics, on the acquisition of Kuljetusrinki Oy.

Kuljetusrinki operates Finland’s most modern waste treatment centre which utilises artificial intelligence and a robotics-based sorting line. The company has been operating since 1989 and provides waste management services to industry, construction, real estate and retail sectors.

The completion of the transaction is subject to necessary regulatory approvals and the fulfilment of customary closing conditions.
