Borenius advised Onvest on cooperation and property transactions with Varte

We advised Onvest on its acquisition of ownership of a business premises of approximately 3,000 sqm, built by Varte in Järvenpää, which houses, among other spaces, Varte’s equipment centre. The next phase will see the development of two business premises projects in the Helsinki metropolitan area, with construction work planned to begin in the first half of 2026.

Onvest Oy is a family-owned company with a history spanning over a hundred years, focusing on developing and growing Finnish industrial business, property business, and other enterprises. Onvest’s aim is to be an attractive and respected partner for owning and developing Finnish companies and properties. The Onvest Group employs over 200 people in total.
