Borenius advised Deutsche Anlagen-Leasing on project financing

We advised Deutsche Anlagen-Leasing on the project financing of the first large-volume ground-mounted PV system realised in Finland.

The developer and future operator of the solar park is CPC Finland Oy, which is owned by German green electricity specialist CPC Germania. The project is being carried out on the basis of a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) concluded with Neste for a refinery located in Porvoo, Finland.

Neste is a leading producer of sustainable aviation fuel, renewable diesel, and renewable raw materials for various applications in the polymer and chemical industries.
