Borenius advised WasaGroup on its development project in the Holma district of Lahti

We advised WasaGroup on its launch of the construction of a new commercial property in the Holma district of Lahti. The approximately 7,100 square metre commercial centre will house stores for JYSK, Puuilo and Rusta. The project will be completed in the autumn of 2026 and YIT will act as the KVR contractor. The project will be implemented using the Wasa360 service model.
