Emil advises clients on M&A and on general corporate and contract law related questions. In addition Emil advises on legal questions related to private equity funds and mutual funds.

Before joining Attorneys at law Borenius as a lawyer, Emil worked as a trainee at another Finnish law firm. Emil is trained on the bench at the District Court of Pargas.
