Andrei Aganimov

Andrei advises on banking, corporate and ship finance as well as on M&A related issues.

Prior to joining B&K, Andrei worked as a lawyer in different units of Nordea Bank Finland Plc. During his time at Nordea Bank, he focused on leveraged and structured finance, ship finance, corporate finance and M&A transactions. In addition to this, he has gained experience of legal work in London when working at the London branch of Nordea Bank.

Andrei has been a B&K partner since 2009.
