ANDREI AGANIMOV

Andrei advises on banking, corporate restructuring and ship finance as well as on M&A related issues.

Prior to joining Attorneys at law Borenius, Andrei worked as a lawyer in different units of Nordea Bank Finland Plc. During his time at Nordea Bank, he focused on leveraged and structured finance, ship finance, project finance, corporate finance and M&A transactions. In addition to this, he has gained experience of legal work in London when working at the London branch of Nordea Bank.

Andrei has been a partner since 2009. He heads the firm’s Banking, Finance & Restructuring practice group.

- Andrei acted as a legal advisor to the Coordinating Committee (representing all major financial institutions being lenders of Myllykoski Oyj) in the refinancing and restructuring process of Myllykoski Oyj.
