Mika Salonen

Mika Salonen advises on M&A, insolvency and commercial contract related questions. In addition, he has wide experience in media and entertainment law.

Mika has acted as an adviser and administrator in major corporate restructurings. He has also handled capital market transactions.

Mika has been a B&K partner since 1998 . He headed Baltic operations in 2003-2008 and is currently head of B&K's Russian Desk.
