Timo Seppälä

Timo Seppälä advises on mergers and acquisitions, information technology and dispute resolution related questions. He has also served as an administrator and trustee in a number of corporate restructuring procedures and bankruptcy estates.

Before joining B&K, Timo served as a partner and managing director of KPMG's subsidiary KLegal Ltd.

Timo has been a B&K partner since 2003. He has also studied law at Abraham Lincoln University, LA, California.
