Sanna advises on domestic and international tax matters relating to corporate and personal income taxation. In addition, she specialises in private equity fund formation and M&A issues.

Prior to joining Attorneys at law Borenius in 2006, Sanna worked as an auditor at KPMG. In addition to her law degree, she also holds a M.Sc. (Econ.) from the Hanken School of Economics.
