Jukka advises in the field of procurement of ICT-based products and services as well as technology transactions concluded in the ICT sector. Jukka is known for his pragmatic approach in large scale IT-projects. He regularly lectures and writes articles on issues related to his area of expertise.

Prior to joining Attorneys at law Borenius, Jukka worked as an adviser and member of the board of directors in an IT company that he established, and as a lawyer in another law office specialising in technology and media contract law. In IT outsourcing projects and IT procurement cases Jukka typically acts for the client procuring for the ICT services.

Jukka has been a Specialist Partner since 2011.
