Saanio Ari-Pekka

Ari-Pekka Saanio

Ari-Pekka advises on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and capital markets issues with a focus on cross-border transactions.

Ari-Pekka is also experienced in advising on Russia related transactions.

He is a Fulbright fellow and holds a master of laws degree from New York University School of Law in addition to his law degree from the University of Helsinki.

He participated in the foreign lawyer programme of the respected New York law firm Sullivan & Cromwell. Ari-Pekka is also admitted in New York and is a member of the American Bar Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.

Ari-Pekka has been a partner since 2001.
