Ari-Pekka advises on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity issues with a focus on technology related and cross-border transactions.

Ari-Pekka is also experienced in advising on Russia related transactions.

He is a Fulbright fellow and holds a master of laws from New York University in addition to his law degree from the University of Helsinki.

He participated in the foreign lawyer programme of the respected New York law firm Sullivan & Cromwell.
Ari-Pekka is also admitted in New York and is a member of the American Bar Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
