Pekka heads B&K's IPR & Technology practice and advises on intellectual property, information and communication technology, and media, and dispute resolution related questions.

He frequently acts as an adviser, writer and lecturer on issues related to intellectual property rights, information technology, e-business, digital content production and telecommunications.
Prior to joining B&K, Pekka worked for the Ministry of Education in the area of copyright protection and in drafting copyright legislation.

He has also served as a Finnish government representative in EU preparatory bodies and in international organisations dealing with intellectual property rights (WIPO, WTO).

Pekka has been a B&K partner since 2000. He heads the IP & Technology practice group.
