Juulia advises on various areas of business law. Her fields of expertise include M&A, outsourcings and other corporate transactions, capital market and private equity issues. She also represents listed and private companies in matters concerning  equity financing, divestments as well as tender and redemption offers and IPOs. Juulia is experienced in general corporate and contract law related questions, corporate governance and compliance issues.

Prior to joining Attorneys at law Borenius, Juulia worked as an in-house legal counsel and a secretary to the board of directors for a Finland-based international industrial service company. She also has an extensive experience in various positions in corporate finance and capital market related functions at a major Finnish financial institution.
